The Strategic Plenary will set out the key priorities for the further development of Turkmenistan’s construction, industrial and infrastructure sectors, while highlighting opportunities for expanded international cooperation and investment. Particular attention will be given to modern architecture and urban development, technological modernisation, the expansion of domestic manufacturing capacity and the delivery of major national projects.

This session will examine the role of the energy and chemical industries in supporting sustainable industrial growth, creating new production capacity and expanding the manufacture of higher-value products. The discussion will address opportunities to improve energy efficiency, accelerate technological modernisation, expand downstream processing and attract international investment.

The session will explore contemporary approaches to construction, architecture and urban development, with a particular focus on creating highquality urban environments, adopting advanced technologies and strengthening Turkmenistan’s domestic manufacturing base. Special attention will be given to advanced construction materials, digital design, energy efficiency and localisation.

This session will focus on mechanisms for mobilising investment and strengthening cooperation between government, the private sector and international financial institutions in the delivery of major construction, industrial, transport and infrastructure projects in Turkmenistan. Particular attention will be given to practical financing mechanisms and the preparation of investment-ready projects.

A special dialogue dedicated to the development of Turkmenistan’s private sector and the practical experience of cooperation between government and business. Drawing on the ten-year journey of Aýdyň Gijeler and the experience of other leading Turkmen enterprises, the discussion will explore the role of entrepreneurship, investment, localisation, innovation and long-term partnership in developing a modern national economy.

Participants will explore practical applications of artificial intelligence, Building Information Modelling, digital twins, automation and smart-city technologies.
