To successfully address the challenges facing the country's oil and gas industry and develop the fourth phase of the «Galkynyşgaz» gas field in the era of the Renaissance of a new era of a powerful state, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree. According to the decree, the State Concern «Türkmengaz» is instructed to establish, in accordance with established procedures, the subordinate «Galkynyşgaz» State enterprise, operating on a self-financing basis, and to draft and approve the charter of the state-owned enterprise.
